Victoria Berg

Next Generation New York Steering Committee

Victoria currently works in women’s civic development in New York. She received her BA from McGill University in Environmental Science and her MA in Climate Change and Human Rights from the Gallatin School at New York University. In 2010, Victoria was part of the founding team behind Swish Suits. Swish Suits makes eco-technical wetsuits for women, but it is more than just an eco-friendly product— it is a lifestyle company that combines environmental responsibility with entrepreneurship. At NYU, Victoria received the Global Human Rights Fellowship, which she carried out at the World Food Programme in Nairobi. She also interned at the UN in New York and was a member of the Dean’s Team during her studies. Throughout her degree, she worked part-time as a Philanthropy Associate at Echelon Capital. This year she was honored to receive the Alumnae Award at Graduation. Outside of work and school, Victoria is a dedicated member of UNICEF Next Generation, taking on the role of New York Vice-Chair over the past three years.
