NEW YORK (June 28, 2023) – UNICEF USA today announced the appointments of Steve Eaton, Ken Graboys, Laura Jones and Lata Reddy to the National Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2023.

Nyenhuis, UNICEF USA President and CEO. “Each brings experience, leadership and expertise to help UNICEF drive change and relentlessly pursue a better world for every child.”

Steve Eaton, Managing Member, Eaton Investment Holdings, is a long-time supporter of UNICEF USA. He has served on the UNICEF USA Impact Fund for Children Board and as the Chair of the Southeast Regional Board. His established knowledge of UNICEF USA and his professional experiences provide a valuable understanding of philanthropy, healthcare, and medical technology.

Ken Graboys, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, The Chartis Group, brings international development experience, expansive professional experience in economic and strategic planning, and board service that will complement our programmatic strategy and monitoring.

Laura Jones, Chief Marketing Officer, Instacart, brings expertise in consumer-facing digital marketing that is critical to understanding UNICEF USA’s brand and marketing objectives.

“It’s an absolute honor to be added to UNICEF USA’s National Board of Directors to help them pursue a more equitable world for every child. This goal aligns with Instacart’s mission to create a world where everyone has access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together,” said Jones.

Lata N. Reddy, Senior Vice President, Prudential Financial, and Chair, The Prudential Foundation, brings exceptional programmatic expertise and leadership in the foundation space and provides a unique perspective on UNICEF USA’s large-scale transformational partnerships. Lata’s leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, along with driving financial and social mobility, brings a valuable perspective as the board engages more deeply in this work.
