Lucy Meyer's UNICEF Market Christmas Tree

We received a wonderful story from Jamie Meyer, a member of the board of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF's Los Angeles office, and want to share it with you.

"We love the Christmas decorations that we purchased from UNICEF Market.

Our daughter, Lucy, is very involved with UNICEF in its work to help children with disabilities around the world. Last year, we came up with the idea to have a UNICEF/Meyer Christmas tree.

We went online at http://www.market.unicefusa.org/holiday-decor-and-ornaments/ornaments/ and picked out ornaments from different countries.

We added ornaments we had made with special pictures of our family. It was such fun! It was so special to see each country’s culture and to know that proceeds from every ornament helps UNICEF save and protect children. The ornaments are just beautiful and unique.

We absolutely love our Christmas tree—thank you UNICEF!"
