Sophia

Sophia is a student at Cornell University studying Computer Science and Philosophy with a minor in Artificial Intelligence. She serves on UNICEF USA’s National Youth Council and formerly as a Global Youth Advocate, having spoken at the UN General Assembly and UNICEF's Annual Gala. As a Laidlaw Scholar, she conducts climate and policy research in Ecuador and Morocco. Sophia is also the Opinion Editor at The Cornell Daily Sun, where she writes on technology and social justice. Her advocacy has been featured in The New York Times and has shaped both campus and state policy.
