Anika

Anika is a high school senior in southeastern Michigan. Outside of being an avid supporter of social justice and children's rights, she has been a classically trained Bharatanatyam dancer and Carnatic singer. She has pursued these arts for over ten years and enjoys being able to connect to her culture through them! Additionally, she often tutors through online platforms and has a keen interest in science. Her favorite subjects include economics and chemistry, and reading is one of her favorite pastimes. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time. She has been so grateful to have been given the opportunity to serve again as a 2023-2024 Youth Representative for UNICEF USA. She looks forward to continuing to acquire more knowledge and spreading her passion for ensuring equal rights for children across the world!
