Lisle Richards brings over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a career that spans all aspects of hospitality. He began as a waiter and quickly realized how his wide-ranging passions—design, finance, service, marketing, and real estate development—could converge to create and grow dynamic restaurant concepts.

In 2006, Lisle became Vice President at The One Group, where he was instrumental in the national and international expansion of the STK brand. He also played a key role in developing the company’s hotel operations and nightlife ventures, overseeing multi-market growth in cities including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Atlanta, and locations throughout the Caribbean.

In 2011, Lisle launched his own hospitality company to design, finance, and develop innovative food and beverage concepts. His portfolio includes acclaimed brands such as Gilded Lily, Pepsi’s Kola House, The Wayfarer, and Village Den. His work spans fast-casual and high-end restaurants, hotel dining programs, event production, and nightlife.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Lisle is deeply committed to philanthropy. He has served on the UNICEF Next Generation board in New York for over ten years, helping to raise awareness and support for children in need around the world.
