Sunitha Reddy is a dedicated healthcare executive and philanthropic leader. She currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Operations for Prime Healthcare, one of the nation’s largest health systems. In this role, she leads the organization’s operational and financial strategy across 51 hospitals in 14 states and over 360 outpatient locations. 

In addition to her executive leadership, Ms. Reddy is deeply committed to advancing health equity and improving access to healthcare and educational opportunity. She serves as an Executive Director of a non-profit foundation dedicated to expanding access to healthcare and education both locally and internationally. The foundation has awarded millions of dollars in scholarships to students from under-resourced communities and has funded free community health clinics, vaccination initiatives, clean water programs, and other life-saving efforts that closely align with UNICEF’s global mission.

Ms. Reddy earned her MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and her Master of Public Health from Columbia University.  She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a designation that reflects her commitment to lifelong leadership in healthcare.

A recognized voice in healthcare innovation and advocacy, Ms. Reddy has been named an “Emerging Leader” by Modern Healthcare, a “Rising Star” by Becker’s Hospital Review, a “Woman of Influence” by the Los Angeles Business Journal and was recognized as an “Inspirational Woman” by the LA Times. As a member of the UNICEF NextGen Council, she brings her passion for healthcare, education, and equity to a global stage—working alongside other leaders to support UNICEF’s mission of ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.
