Danielle Perry Simmons is an attorney, entrepreneur, and philanthropist working at the intersection of technology, business and culture. Originally from Austin, Texas, she grew up between her family’s 19th-century ranch and the laboratories of the UT Austin campus where her mother worked as a cancer research scientist. Music was her first language — she began playing and writing as a child — and it remains the backbeat of her life. Today, Simmons is a sought-after voice on how capital, creativity, and strategic analysis can drive meaningful change across business, technology, and culture.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Kelly & Simmons LLP, Simmons advises high-growth companies across the technology and venture ecosystem, from early-stage startups to global platforms. Her perspective draws on two decades of leading cross-border M&A and finance transactions at Skadden Arps in Los Angeles and New York, and later driving global initiatives as Executive Director of Helena, where she represented the organization at the World Economic Forum.

Simmons is equally devoted to cultural and philanthropic leadership. For more than a decade she has raised funds and provided strategic counsel for UNICEF USA, co-chairing multiple gala events for the organization. Simmons is the creator and host of The Dissociate, a platform that examines the forces shaping business, technology and culture.
