Register your UNICEF Club

A few tips and reminders before you get started:

• Both new and returning clubs MUST complete this form to be an active UNICEF Club.
• We require the contact info of 4 club leaders and 1 advisor to form a club. Collect this info before you begin! There is no save and return option.
• If you need to go back through the form, please use the 'previous' button on the form rather than your browser back arrow.
• Once your registration is approved by our team, you will receive an approval email (within 7-10 business days), including links to helpful resources, and a Back-2-School kit filled with helpful UNICEF USA merch. Please allow 4-6 weeks (from the time of your confirmation email) for your kit to arrive.
