Emaan - Southwest

Emaan is a high school senior based in Texas. She is a youth leader who is incredibly passionate about youth voter engagement. She dedicates a significant amount of her time to her role as a Director at AliefVotes, a local nonprofit that aims to empower youth civic engagement. She is currently serving as a UNICEF Champion Trainer, which is how she got involved with UNICEF USA. Next year, Emaan hopes to study political science in college, with aspirations of becoming an attorney and continuing her advocacy work. Outside of UNICEF USA, she participates in Mock Trial and enjoys cooking. She’s always up for a good conversation and long walks on cool sunny days. Emaan is committed to using her voice to create equitable opportunities for young people, both locally and globally.
