Lauren Taylor

Lauren is the CEO and Founder of Alter:Bio, a mission-driven CPG company, using science-led, plant-derived solutions to keep humans and the environment healthy. Alter:Bio is launching with household cleaning products using biodegradable biotech ingredients that are human and pet safe and meet EU standards. She is an investor through a boutique firm she founded, Halcyon Holdings, and provides mentorship through TechStars and LSE. In December 2022, she completed her Master of Science in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics. Previously, Lauren spent a decade in NYC in marketing and partnership strategy at start-ups and institutions, including Spring Place, Bumble, and Bergdorf Goodman, and has consulted with many start-ups and entrepreneurs over the years. She is the owner of a farm in Oklahoma that is regeneratively-operated by the incredible team at Re:Farm.
