Robert T. Brown

Robert Brown has been a member of UNICEF USA's Midwest Regional Board of Directors since 2006. He is a past chair of the Midwest Region and a current member of the UNICEF USA National Board of Directors where he chairs the National Development Committee. Rob has traveled on UNICEF field visits to Mozambique and Honduras.
Mr. Brown is a Managing Director and CEO of North America at Lincoln International, a global investment banking firm headquartered in Chicago. As a key driver of the firm's growth from its beginnings, Rob has been instrumental in building its global footprint and a highly desirable culture that prioritizes attracting, retaining and engaging top talent at all levels. Rob has nearly 30 years of experience advising leading private equity groups, privately owned businesses and large public companies on divestitures, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives. Rob helped start Lincoln's industrials and consumer practices and led the firm's business services practice for more than a decade. As a recognized advisor and thought leader in the investment banking industry, Rob is a frequent guest on WBBM's Noon Business Hour in Chicago and a speaker and author on mergers and acquisitions-related topics.
Rob sits on the board of the Dean's Business Council for the Gies School of Business at the University of Illinois and the Board of Regents Finance Committee at Saint Ignatius College Prep in Chicago. He holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Rob lives in Park Ridge, Illinois with his wife, Amy, and their four daughters.
