Glen is a former C-suite executive with significant experience in the asset management industry and serves as a Board Member on multiple not-for-profit Boards. He is a member of the National Board of UNICEF USA as well as UNICEF USA Impact Fund for Children, organizations focused on both traditional and innovative funding strategies to support UNICEF program needs. Glen is a member of the Board of Covenant House of New Jersey, where he also volunteers as a mentor for homeless youth; and he is Director and Treasurer of the Foundation for Advancement of Excellence in Education (FAEE), a community-based charity focused on granting higher education scholarships to disadvantaged children in India.

In 2022, Glen retired as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of PGIM Global Partners, where he was responsible for the business and investment management of PGIM’s asset management affiliates and joint ventures outside the US. PGIM is the asset management division of Prudential Financial (PFI) and is one of the world’s largest asset managers. Over the previous seven years, Glen successfully led PGIM’s affiliated businesses in China, India, Taiwan, Brazil, and Italy, more than doubling their total assets under management to over $100 billion. Previously, as CIO since 2006, Glen was responsible for the investment oversight of these affiliates, as well the investment operations of PFI's pensions, securities and insurance businesses in Mexico, Korea, and Japan.
