As the Founder and President of Caiman Management, Swati Patel has a 20-year history of success in the real estate, vacation property, and hotel industry. With an innovative approach to maximizing returns on investment, Swati has been ranked among the top hotel owners/franchisees in Florida.
With an MBA and background in psychology, Swati leverages the intersection of human behavior and business strategy to catalyze impressive financial and operational results.
During her tenure with Caiman Management, Swati has managed over 100 employees, more than 6 different properties, and championed brand-elevating service for the most prestigious names in hotels, including Hilton, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn. Swati’s leadership extended to property acquisitions, operational oversight, budget optimization, capital improvement/investment projects, new property launches, and divestitures. Swati has also served as a member of the Asian American Hotel Owners of America organization for over 25 years.
Along with her business success, Swati has delivered instrumental guidance and support for numerous philanthropic causes. A passionate advocate for children, Swati has served on the Board of Directors for Odyssey, where she was the Board Chair, and the Board of Directors for the US Fund for UNICEF’s Southeast Region. She also serves on the alumni board for Duke’s Fuqua School of Business where she received her MBA. She supports the Atlanta Speech School and the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power and Potential (GCAPP) as well as multiple other local and global organizations.
Swati lives in Atlanta with her husband, Rahul, and two daughters.
