Lisle Richards is the Co-Owner of Kola House in New York City, a dining and entertainment concept in collaboration with PepsiCo. After studying Advertising and Photography and moving to New York City at the age of 22, Richards worked his way up the ranks in the hospitality industry from the ground up. Starting as a waiter in 2002 at esteemed venues including Odeon and Balthazar, Richards was soon brought on to open and operate the STK concept for the newly minted The One Group. Seven years and 18 properties later, Richards left The One Group as the Vice President of Operations having architected STK, Bagatelle, and Ristorante Asellina. In 2011, Lisle Richards teamed up fellow industry veteran, Eric Marx and co-founded The Metric, an innovative hospitality, nightlife and operations management group. The Metric's success is derived from Richards’s ability to seamlessly blend style, sophistication and quality service which has garnered notoriety for the roster of multifaceted venues which aid in the rapid growth of the company’s collection. Since day one, Richard’s leadership has led the twosome to conceptualize an impressive portfolio of New York City restaurants and hospitality ventures which consist of, The Wayfarer, Serafina, and The Monarch Room, Gilded Lily Nightclub, LeGrande lounge and all in-room dining and catering for The Quin and Time Hotels in New York City. With Richards outlook for multifaceted venues such as a nightclub, an American brasserie, and a modern supper club, Lisle is able to bring his love for design, art and photography to its full fruition for all types of New Yorkers.
