Design Your Own Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Collection Box

Fall is here—which means it’s finally time for Halloween! For as long as I can remember, I have seen UNICEF’s orange Trick-or-Treat boxes make the rounds in neighborhood, often carrying one myself. This year, kids can get even more involved by designing their own Trick-or-Treat collection boxes, which they can then enter into our Create-a-Character Contest. We’ve also revamped the boxes' original look and designed new boxes with six brand-new characters.

Fall is here—which means it’s finally time for Halloween! Especially if you have kids, this is just about the most fun time of the year. Sometime around April your kids will start announcing what they’re going to be for Halloween—with an update every six weeks or so. And when the day finally arrives, the excitement is palpable.

Kids designing their Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF collection boxes.

For as long as I can remember I have seen UNICEF’s orange Trick-or-Treat boxes making the rounds in the neighborhood, often carrying one myself. Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF is a 60-plus year tradition that began during World War II to help children abroad, and it’s been going strong ever since. One great thing about Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF is that it gives kids a chance to help others—something that children inherently love to do. This year, kids can get even more involved by designing their own Trick-or-Treat collection boxes. Whether they want to go retro-orange or create their own monster, there's no limit. Kids can also enter their designs into our Create-a-Character Contest. The winning designs will be included in next year's limited edition Box Collection. We’ve also revamped  the boxes' original look and designed new boxes with six brand-new characters. No matter how kids go Trick-or-Treating for UNICEF this season, you just can’t go wrong with kids helping kids.
