Robert T. Brown
Managing Director and Co-President of North America for Lincoln International
Rob has extensive experience in advising companies on divestitures, acquisitions and valuation issues. His clients have included middle market and large companies, as well as leading private equity groups.
Prior to joining Lincoln International, Rob spent eight years with Price Waterhouse, an international accounting firm in the New York and Chicago offices. His diverse experiences include management positions in Price Waterhouse’s Investment Banking subsidiary and the Transaction Services Group, which provided due diligence, structuring and valuation consulting services to private equity groups.
Rob earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana, where he was elected to Beta Alpha Psi.
Rob has been a member of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF’s Midwest Regional Board of Directors since 2006 and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Midwest Regional Board and a part of the Executive Committee. He has also served on the U.S. Fund for UNICEF’s National Development Committee. Rob and his wife, Amy, traveled to Mozambique on a UNICEF field visit in May 2013. They, and their four daughters, live in Park Ridge, Illinois.
