On the Front Lines in the Fight Against Ebola (VIDEO)

At the front lines of the Ebola outbreak, thousands of health workers work tirelessly to get patients the treatment they need, risking infection and isolation from their own families and communities.

This New York Times report takes us to Monrovia, Liberia, where roughly 15 ambulance teams are servicing 1.5 million residents. In this video, ambulance nurse Gordon Kamara confronts a rapidly growing number of Ebola cases, and not nearly enough clinics to transport them to.

UNICEF is working with local partners throughout West Africa to stop the further spread of Ebola.
