Roslyn Carnage joined the U.S. Fund for UNICEF as Director, Human Resources in November 1998, and in 2003 was appointed Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the U.S. Fund, she was Director of Human Resources at Columbia University in New York, where she had held various human resources management positions since 1985. Before that, Carnage spent 13 years in human resources management at CBS, Inc.
