Martin Rendón

Martin

Martin Rendón has been Vice President, Public Policy and Advocacy of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF since 1994.  He joined the organization in 1993.  He previously worked for over two decades as a Congressional aide, including serving as chief legislative assistant to Rep. Tony P. Hall (D-OH) and Rep. Bill Green (R-NY).  He served for eight years on the Associate Staff of the House Rules Committee and was Staff Director of the House Select Committee on Hunger from 1989 to 1993.  His first job on Capitol Hill was as an intern to Sen. George McGovern (D-SD).  Mr. Rendon is a regular contributor to the Fieldnotes blog.
