Vince Hemmer

Vince Hemmer was a Principal of GTCR Golder Rauner, a privately held investment firm with $8 billion under management. He joined the firm in 1996 and became a Principal in 2001. Mr. Hemmer served as a Director of Prestige Brands, Synagro Technologies, Alliant Resources Group, Coinmach, Wilton Products and Fairmount Food Group. Prior to joining GTCR, Mr. Hemmer was a Consultant with The Monitor Company. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar. Mr. Hemmer received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. Mr. Hemmer is a current member of the National Council of the World Wildlife Foundation. He has served as a Regional Board Member for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF's Midwest Regional office since 2002 and joined the National Board in 2008.
