Kathi P. Seifert is the retired Executive Vice President of the Kimberly–Clark Corporation, where she was responsible for the company's personal–care consumer products and oversaw its U.S. and Canadian consumer sales teams. Seifert has been on Fortune magazine's list of the "50 Most Powerful Women in Business" and Forbes.com's annual list of "America's Top Businesswomen." A native of Wisconsin, she is also on the boards of Eli Lilly and Company, Revlon Consumer Products Corporation, Supervalu, Appleton Papers, Lexmark, Inc., and the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. Kathi also is co–chair of the New North, Inc. an economic development collaboration for Northeastern Wisconsin.
