Anthony (Tony) Pantaleoni, Board Chair, is the son of U.S. Fund for UNICEF founder Helenka Pantaleoni and secretary of the family foundation named for his parents. Mr. Pantaleoni is Of Counsel to Fulbright & Jaworski, a New York City law firm, where he specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
