Anthony (Tony) Pantaleoni, Board Chair, is the son of U.S. Fund for UNICEF founder Helenka Pantaleoni and secretary of the family foundation named for his parents. He is a senior partner at Fulbright & Jaworski, a New York City law firm, where he specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities.
