Andrew D. Beer is the President of Sasco Holdings, LLC, a private investment firm, and brings over fifteen years of experience in the alternative investment industry.  He is also currently an active Advisory Board Member of Belenos Capital Management LLC, a leader in quantitative, liquid hedge fund strategies.  Through Sasco and another family entity, Mr. Beer is an investor in the General Partner of Belenos and was the lead initial investor in the Belenos Alternative Access Fund.  Previously, Mr. Beer co-founded Apex Capital Management, a leading Asia-focused investment firm that manages several market neutral and directional hedge funds from New York and Hong Kong.  Prior to this, Mr. Beer co-founded Pinnacle Asset Management, a commodity fund of hedge fund firm that manages approximately $2 billion.  Mr. Beer received his M.B.A. as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and his A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College.
